A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the electronic posting of requests for proposals.

 

 

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

 

                     Section 1.  Chapter 1 of title 6 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 6-111.1 to read as follows:

6-111.1.  All requests for proposals and any other public notices of opportunities to contract with the city shall, simultaneously with their publication, be posted on the city’s website in a location that is accessible by the public.

                     §2. This local law shall take effect one hundred twenty days after its enactment.
