A Local Law to repeal subdivision 11 of section 27-4002 of the administrative code of the city of New York, relating to the definition of dry cleaning and dry dyeing, and to repeal subchapter 13 of chapter 4 of title 27 of the administrative code of the city of New York, relating to dry cleaning and dry dyeing establishments.

 

 

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

 

Section 1.  Subdivision 11 of section 27-4002 of the administrative code of the city of New York is REPEALED.

§2.  Subchapter 13 of chapter 4 of title 27 of the administrative code of the city of New York is REPEALED.

§3.  This local law shall take effect immediately.
