THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 465 Title Resolution approving with modification the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 020176 PPK, the disposition of two (2) city-owned properties located at 1605 Mermaid Avenue (Block 7021/Lot 44) and 2929 West 19th Street (Block 7061/Lot 39), Brooklyn (L.U. No. 204). Body By Council Members Katz and Martinez WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on June 17, 2002 its decision dated June 12, 2002 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of two (2) city-owned properties pursuant to zoning, located at 1605 Mermaid Avenue (Block 7021/Lot44) and 2929 West 19th Street (Block 7061/Lot 39), Community District 13, Borough of Brooklyn (ULURP No. C 020176 PPK) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on July 22, 2002; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision the Council approves the Decision with the modification that: The property located at 2929 West 19th Street (Block 7061/Lot 39) is deleted. _________ Page 2 of 2 C 020176 PPK Res.
