THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 334 Title Resolution approving with modification the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 020013 PPX, the disposition of one (1) city-owned property located at 3542 Webster Avenue (Block 3360/Lot 57), the Bronx (L.U. No. 165). Body By Council Members Katz and Martinez WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on April 12, 2002 its decision dated April 3, 2002 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of one (1) city-owned property pursuant to zoning, located at 3542 Webster Avenue (Block 3360/Lot 57), Borough of the Bronx (ULURP No. C 020013 PPX) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on May 14, 2002; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: The Council finds that the action described herein will have no significant effect on the environment. Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision, the Council approves the Decision with the following modification: That Block 3360/Lot 57, the first attempt at disposition shall be restricted to accessory, extension or enlargement use only.
