Elections approving the appointment by the Staten Island Borough President of

 

Rayann Besser

 

As a Commissioner of the

New York City Planning Commission

 

The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports:

 

Pursuant to §§ 31 and 192 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Staten Island Borough President of Rayann Besser as a Commissioner of the New York City Planning Commission to serve for the remainder of a five-year term expiring on June 30, 2011.

 

The matter was referred to the Committee on May 6, 2009
