A Local Law to amend the New York city charter in relation to a not-for-profit organization contracting with an agency to submit an affidavit attesting to the existence and availability of all required credentialing documents.
Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section 1. The New York city charter is amended by adding a new section 322-a to read as follows:
§ 322-a. Affidavit attesting to contractual requirements. A not-for-profit organization contracting with an agency may submit an affidavit page attesting to the existence and availability within three business days of all required credentialing documents. Credentialing documents shall include but not be limited to financial audits, listing of board of directors, rental and mortgage agreements, and that conveying 501c3 not-for-profit status and compliance with labor laws, and as further defined by rule of the procurement policy board.
§ 2. This local law shall take effect 45 days after its enactment.
