THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 466 Title Resolution approving with modification the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 020110 PPQ, the disposition of three (3) city-owned properties located at Block 3916/Lot 136, Block 4692/Lot 12 and Block 5025/Lot 133, Queens (L.U. No. 219). Body By Council Members Katz and Martinez WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on June 28, 2002 its decision dated June 28, 2002 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of three (3) city-owned properties pursuant to zoning, located at Block 3916/Lot 136, Block 4692/Lot 12 and Block 5025/Lot 133, Community District 7, Borough of Queens (ULURP No. C 020110 PPQ) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on July 22, 2002; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision the Council approves the Decision with the following modifications: _________ Page 2 of 2 C 020110 PPQ Res. No. 466 (L.U. No. 219) 1. The accessory, extension or enlargement restriction for the first attempt at sale of Block 3916/Lot 136 is removed; 2. Block 3916/Lot 136 shall be withheld from public auction for six months following the approval pursuant to Section 384 of the Charter. Adopted.
