A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York in relation to posting of rates at parking garages and lots.

 

 

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

 

                     Section one.  Subdivision c of section 20-324 of the administrative code of the city of New York is hereby renumbered as subdivision d of such section.

                     §2.                     A new subdivision c of section 20-324 is hereby added to read as follows:

                     c.                     In addition to the sign or signs posted on the entrance pursuant to this section, the licensee shall post a sign which shall be clear and conspicuous to a driver of an automobile driving along the street, stating the rate in effect for that hour and day.

                     §3.                     This local law shall take effect sixty days following its enactment.
