The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports:
Pursuant to § 3-204 of the New York State Election Law, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Council of John P. Sipp, Jr. as the Richmond County Republican Commissioner of Elections to serve a four-year term that ends on December 31, 2012.
This matter was referred to the Committee on February 11, 2009.
