A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the prosecution of violations of department of buildings stop work orders before the environmental control board.

 

Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

 

Section 1.  Subdivision (8) of section 26-126.4 of the administrative code of the city of New York is REPEALED.

§2.  This local law shall take effect thirty days after it shall have been enacted into law.
