No. 5) WHEREAS, by letter dated January 25, 2002, the Department of Citywide Administrative Services withdrew the properties located at: 81 Vernon Avenue (Block 1755/Lot 75); 623 and 619-21 Marcy Avenue (Block 1767/Lots 3 and 4); 544, 546 and 548 Willoughby Avenue (Block 1767/Lots 21, 22 and 23); 105, 95, 85 and 83 Hart Street (Block 1767/Lots 58, 63, 71 and 72); 115, 113, 113A, 111, 109, 107, 101 and 91 Pulaski Street (Block 1771/Lots 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 60 and 66); 118 Pulaski Street (Block 1775/Lot 30); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on January 25, 2002; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision the Council approves the Decision with the following modifications: The properties located at 196 and 198 Vernon Avenue (Block 1760/Lots 36 and 38); 653 Willoughby Avenue (Block 1761/Lot 74); 110, 112 and 112A Hart Street (Block 1771/Lots 23, 123 and 24); 718 and 720 Lafayette Avenue (Block 1791/Lots 18 and 19); 51, 49, 47, 39, 37, 35, 33 and 31 Van Buren Street (Block 1791/Lots 62, 63, 64, 68, 69, 70, 71 and 72); 463 Tomkins Avenue (Block 1852/Lot 8); 421 and 413 Herkimer Street (Block 1864/Lots 49 and 52); 440 and 444 Herkimer Street (Block 1871/Lots 42 and 43) are deleted. __________ Page 3 of 3 C 010303 PPK Res.
