A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York in relation to parking or standing of commercial vehicles.
 
 
Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
 
          Section one. Section 19-170 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new subdivision f to read as follows:
          ยง19-170 Limitation on parking of commercial vehicles.
f. Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary, in any area where parking, standing or stopping is restricted either by rule or sign only to trucks, such authorization to park, stand or stop shall apply to every vehicle which is registered as a commercial vehicle.
          Section two. This local law shall take effect immediately.
