Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

Section one. The determination by the Taxi and Limousine Commission to approve an application by A.C.A. Car & Limo Service, Co. Inc., and also identified as ACA Car/Limo Service Co Inc, ACA CL Svc Co Inc and ACA Car & Limo Srvc Co Inc. for the renewal of a license to operate a base station at 66-20 99th Street in the borough of Queens is hereby approved.

§2. This local law shall take effect immediately.
