Introduction This bill would increase the number of violations, from three to six violations, of paragraph 5 of subdivision a of section 19-504.3 of the Administrative Code, which require a commuter van driver to hold the required driver’s licenses for operating a commuter van, before an authorization to operate a commuter van service is revoked. It would also provide for a 15-day suspension, after the opportunity for a hearing, after three such violations in a six month period. DOT would be required to file with the Mayor and the Council and post on its website an annual report about the volume of deliveries and the impact of such deliveries on traffic and air quality.
