Cornegy, Jr.  Amend the NYC fire code, in relation to requiring any person permitted for scouting, rigging and production activities to provide film set blueprints in advance of permitted activities to the fire dept.IntroductionThis bill would require anyone permitted for film production activities to share with the +9Fire Department a blueprint of the set, including any nonpermanent walls, and when plywood or polyurethane foam is used in set design and construction. Failure to disclose would result in the revocation of permits and a civil penalty not to exceed $10,000.
