Int 2096-2020 *Ben Kallos  Authorizing the department of consumer and worker protection to issue temporary operating licenses to sidewalk café applicants if certain requirements are satisfied.IntroductionThis bill would allow the Department of Consumer Affairs to issue temporary operating licenses to applicants for a sidewalk café license if the plans for the new sidewalk café are identical to the plans for a previously operating sidewalk café at the same location, provided that the restaurant was acquired by the applicant in an arm’s length transaction.
