Williams  Notification of proposed excavation or drilling.IntroductionThis bill would require that the Department of Environmental Protection (the Department) be notified whenever excavation or drilling to a depth greater than 50 feet is proposed in the Bronx or north of 135th Street in Manhattan, or greater than 100 feet elsewhere in the City.
