Such an informational campaign would include, but not be limited to, a joint effort with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to create and distribute posters, flyers, and other written materials concerning employee rights at pharmacies, doctor’s offices, and other appropriate facilities. The bill would also invite the New York City Health + Hospitals Corporation to participate in the distribution of such educational written materials to the public.
