It also requires the Commissioner to appoint a court production liaison who would ensure defense attorneys can gain access to the alleged refusal videos, establish a system to resolve complaints related to court production, and make recommendations for improving court production. Finally, the bill includes monthly reporting requirements on DOC court production.
