This bill would also require municipal agencies to coordinate with the department of citywide administrative services (DCAS) to conduct outreach to eligible employees regarding the availability of career counseling services, and to create written materials to provide guidance to eligible employees. The survey would ask employees about their opinions on their workplace culture, management practices, access to promotional opportunities, and other equity-related concerns. This bill would require the commissioner of DCAS to submit a report on their findings from the survey responses.
