Introduction The proposed bill would require that the Comptroller publish an annual summary report on the City’s website that indicates the total share of City procurement contracts that were awarded to minority and women owned business enterprises (“MWBE’s”) for the immediately preceding fiscal year. Specifically, the report would include the share of the total contract value awarded to MWBEs, the agency that awarded the contract, the industry of the awarded contract, the value of the awarded contract, and the relevant ethnic and gender category of MWBEs who have been awarded contracts.     Not available Not available
