Introduction This bill would increase the number of violations, from three to six violations, of paragraph 5 of subdivision a of section 19-504.3 of the Administrative Code, which require a commuter van driver to hold the required driver’s licenses for operating a commuter van, before an authorization to operate a commuter van service is revoked.
