No. 748-ACertain taxi and limousine commission-related hearing procedures of the office of administrative trials and hearings.IntroductionThis bill would establish certain procedural requirements in relation to violations of New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) laws or regulations adjudicated by the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH).
