Daneek Miller | | | Health insurance coverage for the surviving family members of certain deceased employees of NYC. | Introduction | This bill amends the Administrative Code to provide that surviving family members (surviving spouse, domestic partner and children) of municipal employees who have died as a natural or proximate result of an accident or injury sustained while in the performance of duty are extended health insurance coverage.
