RESOLUTION NO. 1116
Resolution approving a motion to file pursuant to withdrawal of the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 210 Prospect Park West, Borough of Brooklyn (20125018 TCK; L.U. No. 504).

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on October 6, 2011 its approval dated October 6, 2011 of the petition of 210 PPW Restaurant, LLC, d/b/a The Double Windsor, for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 210 Prospect Park West, Community District 7, Borough of Brooklyn (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
WHEREAS, by submission dated October 25, 2011 and submitted to the City Council on October 27, 2011 the Petition was withdrawn by the Applicant.
RESOLVED:
The Council approves the motion to file pursuant to withdrawal in accord with Rules 6.40a and 11.80 of the Rules of the Council.
