RESOLUTION NO. 346
Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 223 Dyckman Street, Borough of Manhattan (20105514 TCM; L.U. No. 118).

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on May 28, 2010 its approval dated May 28, 2010 of the petition of Vida Mexicana, Inc., d/b/a Papasito, for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 223 Dyckman Street, Community District 12, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");
WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code;
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on June 15, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
