THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 1443 Title Resolution disapproving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 333 Hudson Street, Manhattan (20005146 TCM; L.U. No. 780). Body By Council Members Eisland and McCaffrey WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation filed with the Council on May 9, 2000 its approval of the petition of 333 Hudson Food Court, Ltd., d/b/a Hudson Square Food Court, for a revocable consent to continue to maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk cafe located at 333 Hudson Street, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code"); WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on June 20, 2000; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council disapproves the Petition.
