RESOLUTION NO. 1878

 

Resolution approving a motion to file pursuant to withdrawal of the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 090111 PCQ (L.U. No. 1015), for the site selection and acquisition of property located at 130-31 Northern Boulevard (Block 1791, Lots 52, 68 and 72), Borough of Queens, to facilitate the continued use of an asphalt plant in Community District 7.

                           WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on February 6, 2009 its decision dated February 4, 2009 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Transportation and the Department of Citywide Administrative Services for the site selection and acquisition of property located at 130-31 Northern Boulevard (Block 1791, Lots 52, 68 and 72), Community District 7, Borough of Queens  (the "Site"), for continued use as an asphalt plant (ULURP No. C 090111 PCQ) (the "Application");

 

                           WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter;

 

                       WHEREAS, by letter dated March 24, 2009 and submitted to the Council on March 24, 2009, the Applicant withdrew the Application.

 

RESOLVED:

 

                       The Council approves the motion to file pursuant to withdrawal in accord with Rules 6.40a and 11.80 of the Rules of the Council and Section 2-02(d) of the New York City Rules and Regulations.
