Elections approving the re-appointment of

 

        Alice D. Olick

 

As a member of the

New York City Tax Commission 

  

 

The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports:

 

Pursuant to §§ 31 and 153 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Mayor of Alice D. Olick, as a member of the New York City Tax Commission to serve for the remainder of a six-year term that expires on January 6, 2014.  

                                                 

                     This matter was referred to the Committee on May 14, 2008.

                     RESOLVED, that pursuant to §§ 31 and 153  of the New York City Charter, the Council does hereby approve the re-appointment by the Mayor of Alice D. Olick as a member of the New York City Tax Commission for the remainder of a six-year term that expires on January 6, 2014.
