RESOLUTION NO. 1139

Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 130 West Broadway, Borough of Manhattan (20075443 TCM; L.U. No. 606).

WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on October 5, 2007 its approval dated October 4, 2007 of the petition of Bouley Bakery Operating LLC, for a revocable consent to continue to maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 130 West Broadway, Community District 1, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code");

WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code;

WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on October 23, 2007; and

WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition;

RESOLVED:

Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
