RESOLUTION NO. 820
Resolution affirming the designation by the Landmarks Preservation Commission of 35-34 Bell Boulevard (Block 6169/Lot 21), Queens, Designation List No. 357, LP-2154 (L.U. No. 394; 20055122 HKQ; N 050151 HKQ).

WHEREAS, the Landmarks Preservation Commission filed with the Council on November 26, 2004 a copy of its designation dated October 19, 2004 (the "Designation"), of 35-34 Bell Boulevard, Community District 11, Borough of Queens, as a landmark and Block 6169/Lot 21, as its landmark site pursuant to Section 3020 of the New York City Charter;
WHEREAS, the Designation is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 3020 of the City Charter;
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission submitted to the Council on December 10, 2004 its report on the Designation dated December 8, 2004 (the "Report");
WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Designation on January 25, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Designation;
RESOLVED:
Pursuant to Section 3020 of the City Charter, and on the basis of the information and materials contained in the Designation and the Report, the Council affirms the Designation.
