as a member of the
New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission
The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections respectfully reports:
Pursuant to sections 31 and 3020 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of RICHARD MELVILLE OLCOTT, as a member of the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission to serve for the remainder of a three-year term expiring on June 28, 2006.
This matter was referred to the Committee on September 28, 2004.
