THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 1177 Title Resolution approving the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 030313 PPK, the disposition of one (1) city-owned property located in a portion of the former bed of Scholes Street at English Kills (Block 2962/Lot 999), Brooklyn (L.U. No. 553). Body By Council Members Katz and Martinez WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on October 6, 2003 its decision dated September 24, 2003 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition to the Economic Development Corporation of one city-owned property pursuant to zoning, located in a portion of the former bed of Scholes Street at English Kills (Block 2962/Lot 999), Community District 1, Borough of Brooklyn (ULURP No. C 030313 PPK) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on November 17, 2003; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: The Council finds that the action described herein will have no significant effect on the environment. Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision the Council approves the Decision. _________ Adopted.
