Body By Council Member Katz WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on September 12, 2003 its approval of the petition of Emel Soan Corp., d/b/a Athens Café, for a revocable consent to continue to maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 32-07 30th Avenue, Community District 1, Borough of Queens (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code"); WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on October 24, 2003; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
