THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 1048 Title Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 133 Second Avenue, Manhattan (20045084 TCM; L.U. No. 501). Body By Council Members Katz and Avella WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on August 1, 2003 its approval of the petition of NYC Pizza Palace, Inc., for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 133 Second Avenue, Community Board 3, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code"); WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on September 15, 2003; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
