THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 1047 Title Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 153 Second Avenue, Manhattan (20045083 TCM; L.U. No. 500). Body By Council Members Katz and Avella WHEREAS, the Department of Consumer Affairs filed with the Council on August 1, 2003 its approval of the petition of MW Raw Fish & Seafood Corp., for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 153 Second Avenue, Community Board 3, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code"); WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on September 15, 2003; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
