Pursuant to section 16-319 of the New York City Administrative Code, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Council of MARK ANDREW IZEMAN, as a member of the Citywide Recycling Advisory Board to serve for the remainder of a one-year term that began on November 26, 2002 and expires on November 25, 2003.
