THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 633 Title Resolution approving the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 020416 DMK, for the disposition of one (1) city-owned residential property located at 792 DeKalb Avenue (Block 1781/Lot 21), Brooklyn (L.U. No. 280). Body By Council Members Katz and Martinez WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on November 26, 2002 its decision dated November 20, 2002 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, Division of Real Property for the disposition of one (1) city-owned residential property pursuant to zoning, located at 792 DeKalb Avenue (Block 1781/Lot 21), Community District 3, Borough of Brooklyn (ULURP No. C 020416 DMK) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(1) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on December 10, 2002; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision, the Council approves the Decision.
