THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 535 Title Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an enclosed sidewalk café located at 1090 Amsterdam Avenue, Manhattan (20025186 TCM; L.U. No. 269). Body By Council Members Katz and Avella WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation filed with the Council on August 29, 2002 its approval of the petition of Strokos Gourmet Deli, Inc., for a revocable consent to continue to maintain and operate an enclosed sidewalk café located at 1090 Amsterdam Avenue, Community District 9, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-225 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code"); WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-225(g) of the Administrative Code; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on October 1, 2002; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 20-225 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
