Body By Council Members Katz and Martinez WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on August 14, 2002 its decision dated August 7, 2002 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, Division of Real Estate Services for the disposition of one (1) city-owned residential property pursuant to zoning, located at 2291 Pitkin Avenue (Block 3996/Lot 31), Community District 5, Borough of Brooklyn (ULURP No. C 020290 DMK) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(1) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on September 17, 2002; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision, the Council approves the Decision. _________ Page 2 of 2 C 020290 DMK Res.
