THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 424 Title Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 176 Seventh Avenue South, Manhattan (20025305 TCM; L.U. No. 215). Body By Council Members Katz and Avella WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation filed with the Council on June 20, 2002 its approval of the petition of 176 7th Avenue Pizza, Ltd., d/b/a Rivoli's Pizza, for a revocable consent to continue to maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 176 Seventh Avenue South, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code"); WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on July 22, 2002; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
