THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 410 Title Resolution approving the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 020271 DMX, for the disposition of three (3) city-owned residential properties located at Washington Avenue (Block 2371/Lot 22), 500-502 East 167th Street (Block 2371/Lot 33), and 973 Washington Avenue (Block 2385/Lot 44), the Bronx (L.U. No. 129). Body By Council Members Katz and Martinez WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on June 17, 2002 its decision dated June 12, 2002 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, Division of Real Estate Services for the disposition of three (3) city-owned residential properties pursuant to zoning, located at Washington Avenue (Block 2371/Lot 22), 500-502 East 167th Street (Block 2371/Lot 33), and 973 Washington Avenue (Block 2385/Lot 44), Community District 3, Borough of the Bronx (ULURP No. C 020271 DMX) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(1) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on July 22, 2002; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision, the Council approves the Decision.
