Report of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections approving the appointment by the Mayor of PAMELA SARA BRIER as a member of the New York City Board of Health. The Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections which was referred to on May 8, 2002, respectfully REPORTS Pursuant to sections 31 and 553 of the New York City Charter, the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Elections, hereby approves the appointment by the Mayor of PAMELA SARA BRIER as a member of the New York City Board of Health to serve for a term expiring on May 31, 2004.
