THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 208 title Resolution approving the petition for a revocable consent for an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 176 8th Avenue, between 18th and 19th Streets, Manhattan (20015446 TCM; L.U. No. 109). Body By Council Members Katz and Avella WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation filed with the Council on February 22, 2002 its approval of the petition of 176 8th Avenue Corp., d/b/a Nisos, for a revocable consent to establish, maintain and operate an unenclosed sidewalk café located at 176 Eighth Avenue, Borough of Manhattan (the "Petition"), pursuant to Section 20-226 of the New York City Administrative Code (the "Administrative Code"); WHEREAS, the Petition is subject to review by the Council pursuant to Section 20-226(g) of the Administrative Code; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Petition on April 2, 2002; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Petition; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 20-226 of the Administrative Code, the Council approves the Petition.
