THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 32 title Resolution approving the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 020048 PPK, the disposition of one (1) city-owned property located at 480-500 Van Brunt Street (Block 611/Lots 6 and 11), Brooklyn (L.U. No. 64). Body By Council Members Katz and Avella WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on January 3, 2002 its decision dated December 19, 2002 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of one (1) city-owned property pursuant to zoning, located at 480-500 Van Brunt Street (Block 611/Lots 6 and 11), Borough of Brooklyn (ULURP No. C 020048 PPK) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Application is related to ULURP Applications C 020046 ZRK (L.U. No. 63), an amendment to the text of the Zoning Resolution; C 020047 ZMK (L.U. No. 62), an amendment to the Zoning Map; and C 020049 ZSK (L.U. No. 65), a special permit pursuant to Section 74-922; WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on January 25, 2002; WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the relevant environmental issues and the Negative Declaration, issued on August 9, 2001 (CEQR No. 00DME013); _________ Page 2 of 2 C 020048 PPK Reso. Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision the Council approves the Decision. Adopted.
