THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 2161 Title Resolution approving the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 010620 PPQ, for the disposition of four (4) city-owned properties located at 90-09 Van Wyck Expressway (Block 9972/Lot 1), VL Eveleth Road (Block 12458/Lot 160), VL Eveleth Road (Block 12458/Lot 163), and VL 196th Street (Block 12652/Lot 47), Queens (L.U. No. 1253). Body By Council Members Eisland and Linares WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on November 14, 2001 its decision dated November 7, 2001 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, the disposition of four (4) city-owned properties pursuant to zoning, located at 90-09 Van Wyck Expressway (Block 9972/Lot 1), VL Eveleth Road (Block 12458/Lot 160), VL Eveleth Road (Block 12458/Lot 163), and VL 196th Street (Block 12652/Lot 47), Borough of Queens (ULURP No. C 010620 PPQ) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on December 3, 2001; WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision, the Council approves the Decision. ________ Page 2 of 2 C 010620 PPQ Reso.
