                         WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on November 14, 2001 its decision dated November 7, 2001 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of thirty-six (36) city-owned properties pursuant to zoning, located at 34 West 131^st Street (Block 1728/Lot 54); 109 West 126^th Street (Block 1911/Lot 26); 116 and 128 West 127^th Street (Block 1911/Lots 41 and 48); 2135-2139 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard (Block 1911/Lots 61 and 62); 123 and 105 West 129^th Street (Block 1914/Lots 22 and 29); 383-387 Lenox Avenue (Block 1914/Lots 30, 31 and 32); 112 West 130^th Street (Block 1914/Lot 40); 2185 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard and 2193, 2189 and 2191 Seventh Avenue (Block 1914/Lots 3, 63, 64 and 163); 130 West 134^th Street (Block 1918/Lot 53); 263-269 West 126^th Street (Block 1932/Lots 107, 7 and 5); 203 West 135^th Street (Block 1941/Lot 27); 317 West 126^th Street (Block 1953/Lot

                         WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter;

                         WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on December 3, 2001;

                         WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application;

RESOLVED:

                         Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision, the Council approves the Decision with the modification that the properties located at: 34 West 131^st Street (Block 1728/Lot 54); 109 West 126^th Street (Block 1911/Lot 26); 116 and 128 West 127^th Street (Block 1911/Lots 41 and 48); 123 West 129^th Street (Block 1914/Lot 22); 112 West 130^th Street (Block 1914/Lot 40); 130 West 134^th Street (Block 1918/Lot 53); 263-269 West 126^th Street (Block 1932/Lots 107, 7 and 5); 203 West 135^th Street (Block 1941/Lot 27); 317 West 126^th Street (Block 1953/Lot 24); 302 and 304 - 306 West 127^th Street (Block 1953/Lots 36, 37 and 38); 330 St. Nicholas Avenue (Block 1953/Lot 44); 362-64 St. Nicholas Avenue (Block 1955/Lots 2 and 3); 2405 Frederick Douglass Boulevard (Block 1955/Lot 16); 258-64 West 153^rd Street (Block 2038/Lots 55 and 57); 311 West 141^st Street (Block 2043/Lot 7); 2803 Frederick Douglass Boulevard (Block 2045/Lot 89); 303 West 151^st Street (Block 2046/Lot 127) and 119 Edgecombe Avenue (Block 2048/Lot 35); are deleted.
