By the Chair of the Land Use Committee Council Member Eisland Pursuant to Rule 11.20(c) of the Council, Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter and Section 62-722(a) of the Zoning Resolution, the Council hereby resolves that the actions of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Procedure Application no. C 010616 ZSK, a special permit, and application no. N 010617 ZAK, an authorization, shall be subject to Council review. These applications are related to applications no. C 010615 ZMK and C 010619 HAK which are subject to Council review pursuant to Section 197-d of the New York City Charter.
