THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK RESOLUTION NO. 2061 Title Resolution approving with modifications the decision of the City Planning Commission on ULURP No. C 990066 PPR, the disposition of two (2) city-owned properties located at Amboy Road (Block 4645/Lot 32) and Clarke Avenue (Block 4470/Lot 148), Staten Island (L.U. No. 1147). Body By Council Members Eisland and Linares WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission filed with the Council on July 17, 2001 its decision dated July 11, 2001 (the "Decision") on the application submitted pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter by the Department of Citywide Administrative Services, for the disposition of two (2) city-owned properties pursuant to zoning, located at Amboy Road (Block 4645/Lot 32) and Clarke Avenue (Block 4470/Lot 148), Borough of Staten Island (ULURP No. C 990066 PPR) (the "Application"); WHEREAS, the Decision is subject to review and action by the Council pursuant to Section 197-d(b)(3) of the City Charter; WHEREAS, upon due notice, the Council held a public hearing on the Decision and Application on August 21, 2001; and WHEREAS, the Council has considered the land use implications and other policy issues relating to the Decision and Application; RESOLVED: Pursuant to Section 197-d of the City Charter and on the basis of the Application and the Decision the Council approves the Decision with the following modification: The property located at Amboy Road (Block 4645/Lot 32) is deleted. __________ Page 2 of 2 C 990066 PPR Reso.
