Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
 
 
Section 1.  The following street name is hereby designated as hereafter indicated.
 
 
      New name                  Present name                  Limits
 
 
P.O. Joseph Garcia Place            Clinton Avenue            between Prospect Avenue  
                                                      and Henderson Avenue
